& Sponsorship Agreement

This User Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms for your sponsorship and use of the Contingent Workforce Institute & Contingent Workforce Strategies LinkedIn Groups (“Community”) by [Sponsor].

By accessing and/or participating in the Community, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access and/or participate in the Community as a User or Sponsor.

1. User Participation
   1. You are responsible for your own actions while participating in the Community.
   2. You will not post any content or engage in any activities that are offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. Appropriateness of content or activity in the community is sole discretion of Contingent Workforce Institute and the Community. Any content or activity deemed inappropriate will be deleted and the sponsor will be notified.
   3. You will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
   4. You will not use any automated means to access or interfere with the Community or attempt to disrupt the Community in any way without written permission of the Contingent Workforce Institute.
   5. The Community agrees to provide access to the Community and develop and publish content for the community as per the terms and conditions within this agreement at the level of sponsorship agreed to in Schedule A
2. Privacy
   1. You will not share any personal information of any other user in the Community, including, but not limited to, names, contact information, or any other information that could be used to identify the user.
   2. You will not engage in any activities that exploit or violate the privacy of any user in the Community.
3. Term & Termination
   1. This agreement is for a 12 Month sponsorship of the Community effective the date of payment is received for the Sponsorship and will automatically renew, and payment processed unless the Sponsor provides 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.
   2. Community reserves the right to terminate your access to the Community at any time upon breach or perceived breach of this agreement’s terms and conditions.
   3. Community reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time upon breach or perceived breach of this agreement’s terms and conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability
   1. Contingent Workforce Institute or Contingent Workforce Strategies LinkedIn Group is employees, agents’ officers and directors will not be liable for, and Sponsor agrees to indemnify the said party of any claim, defense cost or damages arising out of or related to this agreement, your access to or participation in the Community.
   2. Either Party will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from this agreement and your access to or participation in the Community.
5. Modification: Contingent Workforce Institute reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting of the modified Agreement and notification of the Sponsor.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to your access to and/or participation in the Community shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Community and Sponsor with respect to your access to and/or participation in the Community, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, between Community and Sponsor with respect to the Community.
